Colorado!

So for those of you who don't know...Mommy and Daddy have rented a house in Colorado for 6 months because they want to move there...so here is the beginning of our trip!

Emerson is already out...2 hours into the 8 1/2 hour trip!
I'm sleeping too...don't you believe me!

Finally we arrive at our beautiful home! Equipped with a swing set for awesome little people like us!
The mountains next to Walmart...can you imagine:)
It snowed 10 inches before we arrived...I was in snow heaven!
These were the best snow clothes we had...full piece pj's and a jacket!
Blue got in on the action too!
My brother and I cozy in our home in front of the wood burning stove!
Still haven't taken a nap and I am ready to go!
Whoops, I let me guard down!
On our way to go get Grama Kama, we located the coolest bridge ever! Unless there was one named Blythe, then of course that would be the coolest bridge:)
Finally, Grama Kama!
Resting by the fire!
But also comes with gifts!!! My new painting smock!
Emerson got a train set!
That looks like a smile behind that paci! OMG I just died a little!

Our new IKEA toys! Mommy was equally excited!
He can't wait any longer...just let him help you Grama Kama!
Playing with our new toys!
Oh, and my new dress up dress...mommy says she's going to take it and wear it to work...over my dead body!

Next day, rockin' the TTU dress with a pose!

We also discovered that E will eat anything out of a McAlister's Deli to go cup!
Don't count on it mom!
Blue was enjoying herself too!
We started our adventures at the dinosaur museum.  The mountain that we are located on is a historical monument where actual excavation of dinosaurs occurred.

I'm telling Grama Kama all about the parts of the dinosaur.
Mom and little E!
And of course...Big B!

Sensory integration here we come!
Digging out dinosaur bones!
MY SYMBOL...actually a baby mammoth, but close enough!
I had dinosaur story time all to myself! It was fascinating!
Look how precious that footprint is!

That's where the snow comes from...well, I'm waiting!
Push me higher!
Looking through the port hole! The Denver Aquarium!

The otters were fascinating! We could have stayed here for hours!

They had holes you could climb into so that you could look into the aquarium as if you were actually in it!

I bravely volunteered to feed the spitting fish a live cricket! Really didn't know what I was getting myself into!

Throwing it in!
Way to go!
Daddy bought some fish to feed the manta rays.

He is showing me how to hold the dead minnow...

What this pic doesn't show is Daddy jumping back because the manta ray touches him;)
Grama Kama and Big E watching the rays!
Then I got to see a REAL mermaid show!
Me watching the mermaids

Me waving at the beautiful mermaid!
More hand waving at the mermaids...I cried afterwards because mommy wouldn't let me take one home:)
My dessert at the Aquarium restaurant...a shark shaped rice krispy treat with a paint brush and 3 different types of sauce!

Funny face time at the table!

Last morning with Grama Kama...she made me cheesy eggs!

Walking in the Colorado mountains....the Hatley family!
